That is to say: in the cold winter, you can only go out in the morning after the sun comes out for one hour. During the hot summer months, avoid walking under the scorching sun.

6. Improve nutrition. Eat more vegetables, fruits, high-protein fish, lean meat and eggs, and less animal fat, salt and sugar. This is beneficial to skin metabolism.
