1. Bathing method: High-temperature bathing is a good way to lose weight, and it can also slim your face. Take a bath in 38°C water every day. The water should be deep enough to reach above the heart. Massage your facial muscles to relax them while taking a bath. The best time is 20 minutes.

2. General massage methods:

a. Pinch and press the fleshy areas on the face: You can apply some lotion appropriately, and use pinching and pressing techniques on the fleshiest areas on the cheeks, stretching from the inside to the outside, and the movements must be gentle.

b. Massage the cheeks: Place your palms close to your cheeks and massage the skin from inside to outside. This will take about 1 minute.

c. Support the chin: Use both hands to gently support the chin, and repeat rhythmically for about 1 minute.

d. Gently support the face: Place your hands on both jaws, gently massage and lift.

e. Gently stroke your face with both hands: Use both hands to gently stroke the entire face and stay for 3 minutes.

Healthier Chinese Medicine Meridian Massage

1. Face forward, lower your shoulders, close your lips, smile, look up at the ceiling, hold for 5 seconds, stretch your neck muscles, dredge the meridians, and eliminate edema. Repeat 10-20 times.

2. Close your mouth, open your eyes wide, make a light fist with your right hand, and press your thumb against your chin. Then use a little force to lift your head to the left at an angle of about 45 degrees. Stay for about 5 seconds and relax.

3. Repeat on the other side. Do this 10-20 times on each side, being careful not to shrug your shoulders.

4. Hold your breath with your mouth closed, open your eyes wide, raise your right hand with your thumb erect, and lightly clench the other four fingers into a fist. Then pinch the right mandible with the inner joint of your thumb and index finger, and gently push and press to the cheekbone below the ear. Do 10 times on each side.

5. Face forward, close your mouth, open your eyes wide, and use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to pinch the excess fat from the chin along the lower jaw to below the ears.

6. Raise your left hand with your index and middle fingers standing up and the rest of your fingers clenched into a fist. Tilt your head slightly to the left, then pinch the right side of your face at the mandible with two fingers, and then push upwards to below the ear. Repeat the same action on the other side, 10 times on each side. You will feel the fat being pushed and pressed, and it will be slightly painful.

7. Straighten your head, raise your right hand, bend your elbow, and use your thumb and other four fingers to gently massage the back of your neck. Do 10 times on each side.

8. Straighten your head, look forward, extend your neck upward, raise your index and middle fingers of both hands, and keep them together, with the other four fingers bent. Place two fingers on the side of your neck just behind your ear and push straight down. Repeat 10 times.

9. Lift your head slightly and turn it to the left, close your eyes, put the four fingers of your right hand together, and gently massage the sternocleidomastoid muscle on your neck for about 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.

10. Raise your head, close your eyes, put the four fingers of your right hand together, and push from the right side of your neck toward your clavicle. Do this 10 to 20 times on each side.

11. Face forward, raise your head slightly, close your eyes, put the four fingers of both hands together, and gently tap your chin with the back of your fingers. Repeat for about 30 seconds

The lazy way to slim your face

1. When you get up every day, rub your hands together to warm them up, and then warm your cheeks.

2. When drinking water, try to let the water flow in your mouth before drinking it.

3. Use some simple massage products appropriately. Remember, try not to choose products that can be applied on the face.
