Skin care is a daily must for us. If we want healthy skin, the first step is to clean the skin. Only when the skin is clean can we avoid problems such as acne and clogged pores. However, some people have strong skin oil secretion, so simple cleaning can no longer meet the needs of the skin. Therefore, if you want to thoroughly clean the dirt in the skin, you have to exfoliate. But do you need to use facial cleanser before exfoliation? Teach you how to wash and exfoliate your face step by step! STEP 1: Clean your entire face with a mild cleanser Do not use strong alkaline facial cleansers or soaps. Amino acid and low-foaming facial cleansers are good choices. When washing your face, rub in circles on the T-zone forehead from bottom to top. For both sides of the nose wings in the T-zone, rub in circles from the bottom of the nose wings to the tip of the nose. For the cheeks, rub in circles over a large area from bottom to top. STEP 2: Exfoliate the tip of your nose first Gently rub the exfoliating cream on your fingertips, using the temperature of your fingers to make it easier for the exfoliating cream to dissolve the keratin plugs on the nose. Rub the sides of the nose with exfoliating cream in circles, and massage the bridge of the nose with the fingertips of both hands, alternating up and down for 2-3 minutes. The time should not be too long. STEP 3: Massage your chin in circles The lymph nodes on both sides of the chin need to be massaged in circles frequently with exfoliating products. In addition, use the joints of your fingers to press the two bones next to your cheeks. This will not only reduce dullness and revealing features, but also create a firm chin line! STEP 4: Clean your forehead carefully Improper cleaning can cause clogged pores. The forehead needs to be cleaned more carefully. When exfoliating, move from the corners of the eyes to the forehead, and then from the forehead back to the corners of the eyes, and massage in circles three times with this outline. The hairline cannot be ignored~! STEP 5: Just lightly pass over the U area The U zone has thin cuticles, and excessive cleansing can easily cause red blood streaks and allergies. When exfoliating, do not use scrubs or exfoliating creams with coarse particles. Just gently apply it during the massage process. STEP 6: Use cotton pad to wipe away the cleaning residue After exfoliating, use a cotton pad to gently wipe your cheeks and T-zone to remove any remaining cleansing product. The best strength is to make your skin feel soft and comfortable. Follow up with an astringent toner and lotion to cover the skin. How do you feel after completing this series of treatments? Does the texture and touch of your skin look very different? In summer, it is enough to do this kind of treatment once a week. If you have plenty of time, applying a cleansing mask is also a good idea. |
