Beauty and health regimen

(1) Rub your palms together to warm them up. Then place the base of your palms on both cheeks and rub them up and down. Use your index, middle, ring and little fingers to rub your forehead, then move down and rub along the inside of your nose until your entire face is slightly warm. This method can make facial skin smooth and shiny.

(2) Look up and use your index fingers to slowly push your lower eyelids upwards, then slowly push them back to their original positions. Repeat ten times. Then forcefully open one eye and close one eye. Repeat this operation ten to twenty times. This exercise massage can help tighten the lower eyelid muscles and prevent the formation of eye bags.

(3) Sit upright and stare with your head straight and back erect. First, rotate your eyes ten times clockwise, then stare forward for a moment, and then rotate your eyes ten times counterclockwise. Stare at the present. Long-term practice of this method can make your eyes flexible and energetic.

(iv) Purse your lips and lift your lower cheeks as much as possible to tighten the muscles in the front of your neck. Then rub your palm up and down thirty times. This method can reduce wrinkles on your neck and make your neck as smooth as jade.

(V) Purse your lips and push to the left, tighten the right side of your face and rub it up and down with your palm thirty times, then change direction. This method can prevent the cheek muscles from relaxing.

(6) Use the base of both palms to push from the Yintang point to the temples thirty times, then press the thumbs on the temples on both sides, bend the index fingers and start to push and scrape the eye sockets up and down from the Yintang point. At the same time, gently push and wipe the upper and lower eyelids with the fingertips. When pushing to the temples, pinch the skin at the corners of the eyes with the thumbs. Repeat this operation thirty times. This method can remove forehead wrinkles and crow's feet at the corners of the eyes.

(VII) Spread the ten fingers of both hands, and use the fingertips or fingernails to scratch the entire scalp. Then use the thumbs to massage the Fengchi points on both sides (between the neck and the head), and massage the neck with one palm for thirty minutes each. This method can improve the blood circulation of the head and face, which is beneficial to the face and makes it shiny and rosy.

We can all use the beauty and health care methods introduced above to help us achieve a very good beauty and health care effect. At the same time, we can also develop a good habit of washing our face with milk every day, which can help us achieve a skin whitening effect and is also very helpful in alleviating the aging process of our skin.
