Usually many people have oily skin problems. Oily skin is divided into three types: neutral, dry and oily. Many people will have acne and pimples. This is because the skin glands secrete too much oil, causing clogged pores and enlarged pores. These are the main factors of these skin problems. Daily skin care and face washing are crucial. So what should you do if you have oily skin and acne! Usually, we can divide the skin into three basic types: oily, neutral and dry according to how much oil the skin produces. Oily skin has a darker color, large pores, coarse skin texture, high sebum secretion, oily and shiny skin. It is more tolerant to external stimuli and not prone to aging and wrinkling, but is easily affected by pollution and prone to acne. How much oil the skin produces actually refers to how much sebum the sebaceous glands secrete. Generally speaking, men's skin is oilier than women's skin and has larger pores. In addition, the secretion and excretion of sebum is also affected by other factors: ① Temperature. When the skin temperature rises, the amount of sebum increases (sebum secretion increases by 10% when the skin temperature rises by 1°C). The melting point of sebum is about 30°C. Sebum is liquid at high temperatures, semi-liquid at medium temperatures, and solid at low temperatures. Therefore, when the skin temperature rises, the viscosity of sebum decreases, the resistance pressure that inhibits sebum excretion decreases, and sebum excretion is promoted. Therefore, the skin tends to be oily in summer and drier in winter. ② Humidity. The humidity on the skin surface can affect the secretion and diffusion of sebum. When the skin surface is moist, sebum is easy to emulsify and spread; when the skin is dry, the secretion and diffusion of sebum become slow. ③ Part. The secretion of sebaceous glands in the forehead is much more active than that in the trunk and limbs. ④ Diet. Excessive sugar and starchy foods can significantly increase sebum secretion, and oily foods also have a certain effect on sebum secretion. ⑤ Age: The amount of sebum secretion is less in childhood, increases significantly during puberty, and begins to gradually decrease after the age of 35. Therefore, children and middle-aged and elderly people have drier skin, while young people have oilier skin. Oily skin is more common in young people and is related to overactive sebaceous glands. Neutral skin is rosy, delicate, and elastic, with a texture that is neither coarse nor fine, small pores, and a moderate amount of sebum secretion. The skin is neither dry nor oily, is insensitive to external stimuli, and is not prone to wrinkles. Normal skin is more common in prepubertal girls and is the most ideal skin type. The amount of oil produced by the skin varies greatly with the seasons, being drier in the winter and oilier in the summer. Dry skin is fair and thin, with small and inconspicuous pores, low sebum secretion, no greasy feeling, and less prone to acne. However, it is sensitive to external stimuli and prone to aging and wrinkling. Dry skin is more common in women with fair skin, and can be divided into two categories: dehydrated and oily. Dehydrated dry skin is more common in people over 35 years old, especially the elderly; oil-deficient dry skin is more common in young people. In addition, some people have the characteristics of both oily and dry skin, that is, the T-zone of the face (forehead, nose, around the mouth and chin) is oily, while the skin and cheeks are dry. This is called combination skin. This type of skin is more common in middle-aged women, and some people believe that this is a manifestation of the transformation process of skin properties. It can be seen from this that the amount of skin oil is closely related to the occurrence of acne. Whether it is sensitive skin or oily skin, oily skin is very easy to dehydrate in all seasons. If the skin is too oily and not well cared for, it can easily cause acne or freckles and pinkness. It can be seen that washing the face is very important. Most people will wash their faces in a hurry, which will make the skin not clean. Using some alkaline things to wash the face is helpful for skin care and beauty. |
