Open your eyes as wide as possible and look up, down, left and right while moving your eyeballs up and down, left and right, or making continuous wave-like movements. Each posture must be maintained for 6 seconds. Then close your eyes and scrunch your face, holding this position for the same 6 seconds. Then open your eyes and raise your eyebrows for 6 seconds.
