Not drinking enough water

Mitochondrial mutations


Scientists have found that the accumulation of mitochondrial gene defects in the human body will damage the ability to produce energy using oxygen, thereby causing human aging. After analyzing muscle tests on 29 people aged 16 to 92, the researchers found that the rate at which mitochondria in the muscles use oxygen to produce energy slows down significantly with age. Research suggests that mitochondria are the main source of energy for most organs, including the brain. If mitochondrial function deteriorates, it will inevitably cause human aging.


Food rancidity


Food medical experiments have confirmed that when lipofuscin is deposited in nerve and bone marrow cells, it will affect cell division, cause DNA mutations and denaturation of proteins, enzymes, etc., and accelerate cell aging. The core substance of lipofuscin is the peroxide of unsaturated fatty acids, which comes from oils and oil-containing foods. Foods such as dried fish, lard, and biscuits can easily become rancid and produce peroxides under the action of air.
