8 tips to moisturize your body

8 tips to moisturize your body

In spring and summer, the skin's metabolism begins to speed up and the skin's oil secretion begins to become vigorous. If you do not pay attention to conditioning, phenomena such as dryness and tightness will occur.

1. Place a green plant

Usually put a small plant next to your desk to give you a fresh environment, let it act as a small air purifier, making you feel fresher. The moisture in the basin also helps reduce the power of the air conditioner killer. This is especially necessary for women who stay in air-conditioned rooms all day.

2. Take a hot bath to replenish water

When taking a shower, the body loses a lot of water. The hot steam allows sweat and waste to be discharged continuously. It is important to replenish water in the body at any time to promote smooth metabolic circulation.

3. Facial massage

Massage can accelerate blood circulation, increase blood flow to the skin, rosy the skin, warm the skin, expand the pores, and expel old epidermal cells. If you massage after applying the cream, it can promote the skin's absorption of the cream and improve the skin's moisturizing properties.

4. Place a basin of water in the room

To avoid moisture loss due to silent air conditioning, it is recommended that you place a basin of water in the room to maintain the humidity in the room and let the air conditioner take away the water in the basin instead of the water on your face.

Of course, putting a washbasin in the room doesn’t look good. If the room is big enough, putting a small fish tank in it is a good idea, which combines beauty and practicality.

5. Drink more water

Drinking more boiled water is the best and simplest way to care for your skin. It not only speeds up your metabolism and expels all excess waste from the body, but also keeps the moisture film on the skin's surface moisturized and elastic at all times. It also has no calories, so you don't have to worry about gaining weight.

When you get up in the morning, drink a large glass of boiled water first, and you will have a bright and beautiful day!

6. Don’t stay in an air-conditioned room for too long

Air conditioning not only refers to cold air, but also heating in winter. The humidity in an air-conditioned environment is much lower than in nature. In winter, the humidity of the entire environment decreases, and the skin already feels a little tight. If you turn on the heating indoors, the rising temperature will cause moisture to escape faster.

If you are the kind of person who cannot live without air conditioning, please make sure you drink at least two liters of water every day, which is about one large bottle of mineral water plus one small bottle of mineral water. Not being thirsty does not mean you are not short of water, remember!

7. Be careful when choosing soap

Most soaps contain alkaline liquid, and when the alkalinity is too strong, it will cause great irritation to dry skin. Therefore, for people with dry skin, they should try to use less alkaline soaps and use "high-fat" soaps instead.

So-called "high-fat" soaps generally contain large amounts of fatty substances - vanishing cream, cocoa butter, coconut oil or lanolin.

8. Apply a layer of lotion at night

I closed the doors and windows at night, the room was dry, and my face felt very tight. It doesn't matter. Just apply two or three thick layers of your moisturizing lotion. The moisturizing factors in the lotion can retain moisture in the stratum corneum and prevent it from being lost too much.

Don't just sprinkle water on your face like watering a flower. It won't be absorbed by the stratum corneum and may make your face feel drier due to evaporation.
