What to do if there are fine lines on your face

6. Get enough sleep. Lack of sleep can hinder the normal activities of skin cells. After staying up late, it is best to wash your face, apply some lotion, do a facial massage, and then have a good sleep.

7. Frown less. In normal times, you should try to avoid frowning, squinting, pouting, laughing wildly, etc. Because these expressions can easily cause facial wrinkles if they are made frequently.

8. Eat vegetables and fruits. You should eat more vegetables, fruits, eggs, dairy products, whole grains, etc., and less animal offal and high-fat foods.

9. Know how to wash your face. The temperature of water for washing face should be close to human body temperature, that is, 30℃ warm water is the most ideal water temperature. This is because when you wash your face with cold water, it is difficult for the cleanser to exert its cleaning effect; but if the water temperature is too high, the moisture in the skin will be absorbed by the heat, making the skin dry. Over time, wrinkles will appear on the face and the skin will lose its original elasticity and moisture.
