Maxillary Protrusion Surgery

Maxillary protrusion surgery is a type of surgery that corrects the problem of maxillary protrusion. It is a type of plastic surgery and its main purpose is to make your face look more coordinated and beautiful. 1. 1. You can be discharged from the hospital and return home after resting in bed for 2 hours, and you can go back to work after resting for about a day. To prevent infection, please use antibiotics appropriately as prescribed by your doctor.

2. After the operation, the elastic band should be worn for 3 months, and the bandage can be worn only at night for the last two months.

3. After the stitches are removed on the 10th day after the operation, you need to start massaging the affected area properly to prevent internal scar adhesion and appearance deformation, and to increase softness.

4. There will be swelling for about three weeks after the operation, especially for liposuction in the lower body, but it will gradually ease as blood circulation is established. So please avoid eating salty foods, reduce standing for long periods of time, and keep your feet elevated if your schedule allows. Three days after the surgery, you can start taking a bath.

Increase the absorption of bruises, but do not rub the skin hard within two weeks after the operation.

5. Return for treatment and follow-up on time according to the doctor's instructions, and follow-up is required for six months to one year.
