How to lose weight quickly for a round face

1. Exercise method

Exercise can also help you lose weight. The effect of exercise in slimming down the face is comprehensive. If your face is really "swollen", the heavy sweating after strenuous exercise can help the water to be discharged from the body quickly.

2. Diet

Eat more fruits and vegetables that can reduce swelling and dampness in your daily meals, such as winter melon, kelp, watermelon, apples, etc. If your face is fat due to big muscles, please refuse foods that exercise the chewing muscles, such as chewing gum and sugar cane, because they can only make your facial muscles stronger.

3. Bathing method

4. Face slimming and weight loss exercises

Warm-up: Do 3 minutes of aerobic exercise.

Step 1: Press with both hands from forehead to temples 3-4 times.

Step 4: Use both palms to gently stroke your neck from bottom to top.
