3. People with oily skin. If you pay attention to such people around you, you will find that they may be two or three years younger than their actual age or even more. Because oil adheres to the surface of the face, forming a "protective film"; therefore, oily skin is not prone to allergic reactions to physical, chemical and light, and it can be said that it has a very strong tolerance to these stimuli. Moreover, a shiny face looks much better than a dry face.

Good living habits and eating habits can effectively alleviate skin deterioration. Therefore, people must pay more attention to going to bed early and getting up early, and insist on physical exercise every day. Do not blindly believe in the promotion of anti-wrinkle products on TV or the Internet, as this may not only fail to have an anti-wrinkle effect on the skin, but may also cause certain damage to the skin.
