2. Make good use of skin care methods. After washing your face, apply some oil-rich skin care cosmetics and massage for a few minutes to restore skin elasticity that has been weakened by the stimulation of cold air. Making a fruit mask is a good way to moisturize your skin in winter. Choose apples, pears, and bananas that are rich in vitamin C as mask materials. Do it 1-2 times a week, each time for about 20 minutes.

3. Diet maintains skin. Drinking plenty of water is the first prerequisite for keeping skin smooth and soft. The best amount of water to drink is about 8 cups a day. In your daily diet, you should eat more vegetables, fresh milk, eggs, vegetable oils, etc. These foods contain many vitamins that are beneficial to skin health. In addition, some minerals must be taken in, such as magnesium, potassium, etc. These minerals can eliminate fatigue, help digestion, and promote blood circulation, which is beneficial to beauty and hairdressing.

For many women, putting on makeup is as essential as eating and sleeping. Most people spend a lot of time on putting on makeup but are unwilling to put in the effort to remove makeup, and then return home after a busy day. Just clean it hastily.
