How to care for oily skin

If your skin is always oily, it will create conditions for acne, because oily skin can easily clog the pores and cause some dust and bacteria to infect and cause acne. The acne problem is one of the most annoying skin problems for us, so everyone needs to pay attention to effective oil control and methods to solve oily skin to help us better care for our skin.

Some people have dehydrated skin. Some people have this skin type. Hereditary. Some of your parents must be like this too. Don't take it too seriously. Drink plenty of water. Eat less irritating food. Don't eat fried foods. You can use oil-control products. . . . You can prepare some oil-absorbing paper. But it cannot be used frequently. Just use one or two sheets a day. Because the skin is oily. It will oxidize with dust in the air. Blackheads will form. Pores are easily enlarged and clogged. ML will not be impressed. Regular sex is good for your skin. Oily skin has abundant sebum secretion, and the face is greasy, shiny, and rough, somewhat like orange peel. Especially in the T-zone of the forehead, nose and chin, more oil is secreted, which makes acne and blackheads very likely to occur. Oily skin is less prone to wrinkles, has a stronger tolerance to external stimuli, and appears transparent when tested with a tissue.

Maintenance points:

(1) The water temperature for cleansing can be higher, preferably around 40 degrees. Use a strong soap or cucumber cleanser to remove dirt stuck in the pores, and scrub repeatedly with a facial sponge.

(2) Use lotion to regulate sebum secretion to care for the skin, and use skin care products suitable for oily skin to nourish the skin.

(3) Avoid eating greasy foods and eat more vegetables and fruits.

(4) Perform deep skin care regularly: face washing, steam bath, massage, and facial mask. Use cosmetics that are suitable for your skin characteristics. Oily skin and dry skin can withstand various external stimuli, are not afraid of wind and sun, are not easy to age, and wrinkles later. This type of skin should be washed with a neutral or slightly alkaline soap and hot water, and the face should be washed three or four times a day.

To remove dandruff, sebum and dust, make the skin smooth and beautiful and reduce pore blockage. This type of skin should not use too much cosmetics, especially oily cosmetics, so as not to increase greasiness and block pores. It is best to use vanishing creams with more water.

Paying attention to healthy skin care, in addition to buying some skin care products, you can also learn more about some skills in life. For example, eating more vegetables and fruits can better supplement vitamins. These substances are effective and are the best helpers to prevent various skin problems. We should also pay attention to maintaining good living habits.
