Sleep quality has a great impact on human health and complexion. Generally, adults only need to ensure 8 hours of high-quality sleep, while minors need more to ensure normal body functions. Human sleep is divided into two phases: slow eye movement sleep and rapid eye movement sleep. Concentrated REM sleep, which is involved in memory storage, maintaining organization, organizing information, and new learning and performance, all occurs in the last stage of REM sleep. REM sleep usually occurs in the latter part of an 8-hour sleep period and can last about 90 minutes. The pillow should be of moderate hardness and you should have a correct sleeping posture. Take regular and moderate actions. Eat until you are 70% to 80% full for dinner. Don't eat before going to bed to avoid adding burden to the gastrointestinal tract.

We should follow the requirements of the biological clock and maintain a healthy schedule, so that our bodies can live in a rhythmic manner from morning to sunset and ensure the stability of the body's metabolic function. Let the brain get enough rest and keep our mental state full of energy. If long-term insomnia causes biological clock disorder, it will have extremely bad effects on physical health.
