Wash the rice and chop the ginger. Add about 1000 ml of water to the pot, put it on the fire, add rice and ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, then switch to low heat and simmer until the rice is soft, then add cucumber slices and cook until the soup is thick, then add salt to taste. Take it warm twice a day to moisturize the skin, remove spots and lose weight.
