【Women's Health】A complete guide to beauty and body care during menstruation

Every time when my period comes, my skin becomes particularly bad. I saw a health program on TV saying that women need to do beauty treatments during their menstrual period. Also, when I have my period, my temper becomes very bad. I don’t know if this is normal. I have never had a facial during my period before. I want to know if the beauty steps during menstruation are the same as those during normal times?



Generally speaking, from the first day of menstruation, the secretion of hormones in women's bodies begins to increase and accelerate. Among them, there is a protein smaller than the cell unit - enzyme, which has an activating effect, can stimulate the growth of endocrine hormones, and at the same time break down toxins in the body and help the body detoxify. However, the detoxification effect of this method is limited, and detoxification through massage is a simple and effective method. So, how to massage and detoxify during menstruation? Let's take a look!


Six steps of facial massage detoxification:


1. Step 1: First rub your palms to warm them up, then take an appropriate amount of massage cream and spread it evenly on the three parts of the face (forehead, cheeks, and chin).


2.Step 2: Start massaging from the forehead. Use four warm fingers to press down slightly on the forehead; move the four fingers gently from inside to outside ten times. Be careful not to use too much force, otherwise it will stretch the skin and cause wrinkles.


3. Step 3: Make fists with both hands and press the cheekbones with the knuckles, moving in a small range while pressing, applying slight force to promote blood circulation in the cheeks.


4. Step 4: Rub your palms together to warm them up again, and use your palms to press and lift the cheeks in the direction of the pores for about 10 seconds. Do not use too much force to avoid pulling the skin.


5. Step 5: Use your index and middle fingers to gently tap your face to help the skin relax and promote product absorption.


6. Step 6: Press the entire face with warm palms for 10 seconds to help the massage cream work. (Rubbing your palms together to warm them up can help improve the massage effect.)
