How to Exfoliate Your Face

How to Exfoliate Your Face

We wash our faces every day, sometimes even several times, but do you know how to wash them clean? Do you know what's on the surface of your face? Do you know how to remove aging facial cuticles? I didn’t know these before. I only knew to wash my face two or three times a day. It was only after a friend who did facial care introduced it to me that I learned how to exfoliate my face.

1The stratum corneum is the outermost layer of the skin. It will automatically fall off every 28 days to keep the skin soft and radiant. However, due to the gradual aging of physiological age and the influence of external pressure and environmental factors, the metabolism slows down, making it impossible to remove the old stratum corneum, resulting in rough skin, disordered skin texture, dull skin and lifeless skin. Here are some methods for removing dead skin cells.

2 To exfoliate your face, you must first clean your face thoroughly. It is best to do it after massage and washing your face. Apply an appropriate amount of exfoliating product on a thoroughly cleansed face, and then use your fingertips to exfoliate your face in the direction of skin growth. Don't use too much force or exfoliate too much at once to avoid skin rubbing, peeling, or sensitivity.

3. Massage the oily T-zone, sides of the nose and around the lips especially to ensure that the spots where dirt easily accumulates are thoroughly cleaned.

4 Rinse your face with plenty of clean water to remove all the dirt and dead skin cells on your face, revealing fair and radiant skin.

5 Then use a cotton pad dipped in a large amount of lotion to gently pat your facial skin to make the skin texture more refined and shrink the pores.

6 After exfoliation, the skin will be drier, so you should first apply a moisturizer that can balance the skin's pH value, and then apply a facial mask.

That’s detailed enough. Exfoliation is not only to remove old skin, but also to moisturize the skin at the same time, otherwise dry skin will cause pain. And you don’t need to exfoliate too frequently, as it will damage your skin. You should be able to see it clearly even without me telling you. If we want to keep our skin free of aging cuticles, we can also feed our skin water frequently and apply some moisturizer. As long as we persist, our skin will get better. Treat your skin like you would a baby.
