Why do I have pimples on both sides of my nose?

Many people think that having acne on the face is normal. Some people have only a few acne and they may disappear quickly, but some people have a lot of acne and need some professional care to eliminate them. The location of acne is different for each person, so why do acne appear on both sides of the nose? Most people who get acne in this area are women, which also indicates that there is a problem with the female reproductive system or that the normal ovarian function is affected.

How to tell your health from the location of acne

1. Forehead: Problems with the heart or small intestine. People with pimples on their forehead have excessive heart fire and problems with blood circulation. Such people often have a bad temper and get angry all the time, which causes pimples on their forehead!! 2. Yingtang: (right between the eyebrows) People with chest tightness, arrhythmia, palpitations, and ischemic heart disease are easily frightened and cannot withstand strenuous exercise.

How to wash your face to eliminate acne quickly:

1. Prepare a clean, soft, dry towel and a mild soap with little irritation;

2. Rub the soap in warm water (22-23 degrees) to create bubbles. The more bubbles the better. Use both hands to pick up the bubbles and wash your face for 1 minute. Don't use too much force. Stop if you feel pain.

3. Then wash with hot water (38-40 degrees) for 20 seconds, then rinse with warm water for 20 seconds, repeat this three times. If you use a shower, it will be better. Keep your face about a fist away from the shower head, spray your face (with hot water) while tapping your face with your fingertips. Then adjust the water temperature and spray for 20 seconds.

4. Use a dry towel to wipe off the water on your face, then gently press your face to absorb the water.

5. Finally, apply astringent lotion. If you feel a sense of tightness after applying it, you can apply it several times.

This method must be used once in the morning and once in the evening. It has obvious effects on early, middle and late stage acne. The following face washing methods are the extension and continuation of this method.

Face washing method: After using the 3-minute cleansing method for 1 month, whether the acne has been reduced or not, you can switch to this method, which is an intermediate face washing technique.

1. Prepare a towel, soap and a piece of gauze;

2. Fold the gauze into a small piece, dip it in soap foam, and wash the forehead, chin, nose, etc.;

3. Wrap the gauze around your index and middle fingers, dip them in soap foam, and use the gauze to gently wash the center of your cheeks and the entire face;

4. Finally, wrap the gauze around your index finger, dip it in soap foam and gently scrub the delicate skin under the eyelids. If you feel irritation or pain, stop. If you still feel pain the next day, it is because you scrubbed too hard. At this time, you should practice the "emergency face washing method" for at least 4 days, and then use the 3-minute cleansing method to wash your face after the pain is gone.

5. Intermediate face washing method: Wash your face every two days in the first week, every other day in the second week, and every day in the third week. Eat less spicy, fatty, and sweet foods, and eat more vegetables and fruits.
