If you are suffering from hair loss, you can eat more vegetables such as spinach, leeks, round peppers, green asparagus, celery, seaweed, kelp, and wakame, as well as fruits such as bananas, sweet potatoes, pineapples, yams, and mangoes, which are also conducive to good hair growth.

When washing your hair with ginger boiled water, it is recommended to wash it for the last time, that is, after washing your hair, contact your scalp with ginger water and then gently massage with your fingers.

You can use an appropriate amount of mulberry root bark and water, add 2 taels of aged vinegar, boil it and then wash your hair when it is warm. Use it once a day. Do not rinse your hair with clean water after washing. Use it for 5 consecutive days. It can promote blood circulation in the scalp, prevent hair loss, treat dandruff and itchy scalp, and regenerate hair.
