Option 1: Use a facial mask twice a week

Option 3: Milk whitening

Option 4: Traditional Chinese Medicine

Facial mask: Add honey, milk and 1/4 egg white, apply appropriate amount to the entire face (not eyes and mouth), wait until it dries and then wash off with clean water. Most whitening products can inhibit the production of melanin, play a role in every stage of melanin formation, and block the occurrence of spots to the greatest extent. This is a function that sunscreen products cannot replace.

Solution 5: Two-pronged approach

The air is dry in winter, so you should strengthen moisturizing care while whitening. Whitening itself is a purification process. While melanin is removed from epidermal cells to clean the surface of the skin, moisture needs to be added in time for protection. Therefore, when using whitening products, you need to use a lotion containing moisture.

Solution 6: White skin = sun protection + whitening

If you only protect your skin from the sun during the day and don't whiten your skin at night, then you've only done half of the whitening work and won't achieve the effect of whitening your skin, and it may even be in vain.

In fact, as long as everyone persists in doing it, there will be certain effects. Also, don't expose yourself to the sun too much during the day. If you get sunburned, no matter how good your whitening and skin care methods are, they will be in vain.
