How to treat sensitive oily skin

How to treat sensitive oily skin

For some people with sensitive and oily skin, they not only need to pay more attention to the cosmetics they choose and some daily facial products such as towels, but also take a bath and wash their hair frequently. Because oily skin secretes too much oil, our clothes or skin always look greasy and very ugly. So how do we treat and protect our sensitive oily skin?

Instrumental treatment: It often violates the natural law of metabolism and treats allergic dermatitis compulsively. It causes damage to capillaries and is prone to recurrence.

b) Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine: All medicines are toxic. The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is diverse, and the effective active ingredients cannot be accurately defined. In the absence of modern bioengineering technology, some ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine can also cause allergic dermatitis.

c) Oral hormone treatment: It can only improve the symptoms of allergic dermatitis from the surface of the skin. It is very single-minded and only treats the symptoms but not the root cause. Direct contact with irritating hormone ingredients can damage the skin.

d) Topical hormones: They can relieve symptoms, but these drugs have serious side effects, often cause dependence, and symptoms will recur.

1. Choose a mild and non-irritating sensitive essence to increase the skin's fibrous tissue and improve weak skin.

2. Choose gentle skin care products from the sensitive series, such as sensitive face cream, cell lotion cream, etc. to calm the skin.

3. Make sure the skin absorbs enough water to avoid skin dryness caused by heat.

4. Washing your hair frequently can prevent sensitive substances such as dust and pollen from adhering to your hair and causing skin allergies.

5. Keep your skin clean and wash your face frequently with cold water to enhance skin resistance.

6. Use the same brand of cosmetics and choose those that do not contain strong fragrances, alcohol or other irritants.

7. Take more vitamins A, C and E, which are beneficial to the skin. This is true for healthy skin and even more important for sensitive skin.

8. Live a regular life, maintain a balanced diet and get enough sleep

Due to the sensitivity of the skin, we must be cautious when choosing anything related to the skin. Due to the oiliness of the skin, we must pay more attention to skin care and cleansing. Only by ensuring the cleanliness of the skin can the skin breathe better. Drinking more water in normal times can also allow the skin to absorb more moisture and promote detoxification.
