Ingredients: 30 grams of lily, 10 grams of angelica dahurica, 10 grams of cyperus rotundus, 20 grams of white peony root, 20 grams of glutinous rice, and 50 milliliters of honey.

Preparation method: Add 500 ml of water to five ingredients including lily, angelica dahurica, cyperus rotundus, white peony root, and glutinous rice, boil and take out 200 ml of juice; then add more water and boil and take out 200 ml of juice. 3. Pig Kidney and Yam Soup

Ingredients: 50 grams of raw rehmannia, 30 grams of yam, 20 grams of wolfberry, 1 old duck, a little onion, ginger, rice wine, salt and MSG.
