Wash your face frequently. For oily skin, it is best to use an oil-removing cleanser. At the same time, it is best to wash your face two to three times a day. This can prevent acne caused by unclean face. At the same time, while washing your face frequently, you should also maintain good living habits. It’s best not to disrupt your life rhythm often. Girls should ensure that their menstrual periods are regular. Otherwise, acne will easily occur

To prevent acne, you should drink more boiled water, eat more vegetables and fruits, especially fruits rich in vitamins like oranges. This will help gastrointestinal motility and food digestion. It is also good for bowel movements, avoiding toxins in the body from being excreted and reducing the appearance of acne. At the same time, boiled water, chrysanthemum tea, and honeysuckle tea are the best daily drinks. It is best not to drink carbonated soda drinks.

Diet is also key. Someone once said that the pimples on your face today are the toxins you ate yesterday. In our daily diet, we should pay attention to eating less spicy, oily, greasy, high-sugar and high-starch foods. Such foods can cause excessive heat in the body, causing acne on your face. Eat more light food, and have three meals a day. It is recommended not to eat midnight snacks.

Young people are prone to acne on their faces during puberty. We can use Paulownia flowers to treat it. When the Paulownia tree blooms, pick a handful of fresh Paulownia flowers. Wash your face with warm water before going to bed at night. Take a few Paulownia flowers, rub them with your hands until water comes out, and apply them repeatedly to the affected area until there is no water. Then you can go to bed. Clean your face after waking up the next morning. Use this method for three consecutive days, and the acne will be gone after a week.

Grind 100 grams of mung beans into fine powder, pour in an appropriate amount of warm boiled water to make mung bean cream (in a paste form), and put it into a clean bottle for later use. Before going to bed every night, wash and dry your face, then apply an appropriate amount of mung bean cream, and gently apply it with the index, middle and ring fingertips of both hands for 10 to 20 minutes. Use it every day for a period of time (1-2 months) and acne will be significantly improved.

High-fat foods should not be eaten too much. High-fat foods will generate a lot of heat energy during the digestion process. Acne patients already have hot body, and eating such foods will aggravate the internal heat and lead to acne. Therefore, when you have acne, do not eat high-fat foods such as pork, cream, pig brains, peanuts, etc. to avoid worsening of the condition.

Avoid eating seafood and fishy foods. Acne patients are prone to allergies. Seafood and fishy foods are all irritants, which can easily cause allergies, making treatment more troublesome, leading to the expansion of chronic inflammation and aggravating the condition of acne patients. It is not advisable to eat such foods, especially seafood, during illness.

The above explains some steps and methods for preventing acne, but you should maintain a good habit to prevent acne and don’t regret it until acne grows. If you already have acne, do not pick it with your hands, as this will only allow more bacteria to grow, worsening the acne condition. If not handled properly, it will leave many acne scars.
