Eyelashes pain

Eyelashes pain

Eyelash transplanting is a very good beauty method nowadays. It can make people's eyes look more lustrous and bigger. However, after transplanting eyelashes, you will feel that your eyes become very painful, or even stinging, which is very uncomfortable. If it is not relieved in the early stage, it may also cause eye diseases such as glaucoma.

(1) According to the different locations, pain can be divided into four types: eyelid pain, eye socket pain, eyeball pain, and retrobulbar pain.

(ii) According to its nature, it can be divided into stabbing pain, distending pain, dull pain, pulling pain, etc.

(3) Different diseases can cause pain of different natures.

1. Patients with severe iridocyclitis experience deep eye pain, which worsens during sleep.

2. In cases of acute high intraocular pressure in glaucoma, the pain is severe, but it can be relieved by sleeping.

3. Mild eye pain may occur when there is refractive error or presbyopia and vision fatigue.

4. Retrobulbar optic neuritis can cause pain behind the eyeball when the eyeball moves.

5. Shingles can cause severe retrobulbar pain, which occurs several days before blisters appear on the skin. Therefore, it cannot be diagnosed at first and can only be confirmed after the rash appears. The elderly may have unbearable posterior bulbar pain after herpes.

5. Eye pain caused by endophthalmitis is often accompanied by decreased vision, increased eye secretions, and obvious symptoms of photophobia, tearing and headache.

1. Patiently explain to the patient the cause of the pain.

2. Establish a good and trusting relationship with patients. Listen carefully to the patient's complaints, accompany the patient, and reduce psychological tension.

3. Keep the environment quiet and the temperature and humidity appropriate to reduce the adverse stimulation such as tension and irritability caused by the external environment on the patient.

4. Chat with the patient more and take appropriate measures such as massage and listening to music to distract the patient and relieve pain.

5. Place the pager in a relatively fixed and accessible place for patients to use. Nurses should check on patients regularly to identify problems and take timely measures.

6. For those whose sleep is affected by severe pain, appropriate amounts of sedatives should be given according to the doctor's instructions based on the specific situation to help sleep, relieve pain and ensure sleep.

6. Actively cooperate with the doctor to treat the primary disease.
