4. Cucumber porridge: Take 100 grams of rice, 300 grams of fresh cucumber, 2 grams of fine salt and 10 grams of ginger. Wash the cucumber, peel and core it and cut into thin slices. Wash the rice and chop the ginger. Add about 1000 ml of water to the pot, put it on the fire, add rice and ginger, bring to a boil over high heat, then switch to low heat and simmer until the rice is soft, then add cucumber slices and cook until the soup is thick, then add salt to taste. Take it warm twice a day to moisturize the skin, remove spots and lose weight.

5. Apply carrot juice and milk on your face every night and wash it off the next morning.

Mix 6.30 grams of almonds with an appropriate amount of egg white, apply it to the freckles on your face before going to bed every night, and wash it off with white wine the next morning.

7. Wash the coriander with roots, boil it in water, and wash your face with the soup. Persistent use can gradually eliminate the freckles on your face.

8. Soak Atractylodes macrocephala in rice vinegar and apply it on your face every day.

9. Soak 50 grams of ginger (half the amount of dried ginger) in 500 ml of 50% alcohol for 15 days, and apply it to the cleaned affected area in the morning and evening.

10. Soak 10 grams each of peach blossoms and apricot blossoms in water, filter the juice and use it to wash your face.
