Melasma is a yellow-brown pigmentation on the face, usually symmetrically on the cheeks. The appearance of chloasma has brought a lot of troubles to many people. 1. Meridian massage

We can do a local light massage on the inner side of the legs from top to bottom. Press the concave area on the inside of both knees with your thumbs 5 times every 3 seconds; make a straight line massage from top to bottom between the left and right shoulder blades, and then make a local massage from the middle to the outside, and repeat 10 times. Use the tips of your index, middle and ring fingers to massage along the face starting from the chin, and follow the order of chin, corners of mouth, sides of nose, black pupils of eyes, forehead, and sides of face. Repeat this process over and over again. Repeat 5 times.

2. Acupuncture treatment

The main acupuncture points are Sanyinjiao, Zusanli and Quchi. The acupoints used include liver shu, kidney shu, diaphragm shu, heart shu, blood sea, dazhui, mingmen, spleen shu, etc. After getting the qi, use the method of balanced tonification and balanced purgation.

3. Commonly used Chinese patent medicines or prescriptions

Common Chinese medicines for removing chloasma include: Liuwei Dihuang Pills, Yurong Powder, Tusan Powder, Motherwort Liquid and Quelan Baiban Cream, etc.

4. Chinese Herbal Medicine

Magnolia, Angelica dahurica, Asarum, Bombyx batryticatus, Rhizoma Aconitum, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Leonurus japonicus, Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Peony, Polygonatum odoratum, Peach Blossom, Agastache rugosa, and Peach Blossom.
