Three tips for fighting acne in summer

"Acne" has always been considered a symbol of "youth". Perhaps, even if you are already a 30-year-old mature woman, you will be teased as "still young". However, why do those pimples that should grow on the faces of adolescent boys and girls grow on your face? What is the secret behind pimples? Have you taken the right medicine to fight against "acne"?

According to the different periods of occurrence, acne types can be divided into three stages.

Phase 1:

This is what we usually call "acne", which occurs in teenage boys and girls during puberty and is one of the manifestations of high hormones in this stage. However, fast-food eating habits have exacerbated this phenomenon. Many children not only have excessive acne on their faces, but also on their backs. This excessive acne is usually closely related to the following bad diet:

1. High-energy, high-calorie, and overly greasy fast food

2. Excessive intake of refined carbohydrates (cakes, bread, biscuits, potato chips and other snacks)

Because these diets are likely to cause excessive insulin, and insulin is directly proportional to androgen. Too much insulin leads to excessive androgen, and excessive androgen is an important cause of acne.

For adolescent children whose body damage is not extremely serious, the best way to treat it is to improve their diet:

1. Eat less or no fast food that is not good for health;

2. Reduce the intake of refined carbohydrates;

3. Ensure that meals are eaten on time and in the right amount (avoid developing bad snacking habits, which usually consist of unhealthy foods);

According to the 3:4:3 diet, 30% of the energy comes from protein foods, 40% of the energy comes from carbohydrate foods, and the remaining 30% comes from beneficial fat foods. This helps balance the level of androgen by controlling insulin.

Phase 2:

It occurs in women around 20 or 30 years old. From this stage on, it is called "acne". There are many reasons for acne, but from the internal factors, they can be divided into two main categories.

First: manifestation of hormonal imbalance. This is usually caused by high levels of androgen and low levels of progesterone. In addition to acne, it is usually accompanied by problems such as scanty menstruation, excessive hair growth, and polycystic ovary syndrome. Long-term high androgen and low progesterone levels can easily lead to problems such as early menopause, infertility, and early miscarriage. For this type of women, in addition to following the 3:4:3 diet mentioned above, they need to seek professional help as early as possible to balance their hormones naturally.

Second: caused by environmental toxins. Dioxins can cause acne. Generally, 90% of dioxins come from the incineration of urban and industrial waste, while human dioxins are mainly caused by the fact that dioxins in the atmospheric environment can be adsorbed on particulate matter, settle in water and soil, and then enter the human body through enrichment in the food chain. Living in a modern society of industrialized mass production, we cannot avoid the harm of dioxins, but we can achieve it by regularly detoxifying the body. It is recommended that people who are in good health, especially those with good liver function, can choose to fast on the day when they are in the best condition and detoxify only by drinking plenty of water.

Phase 3:

Occurs in women in their 40s. Some women at this stage will find that they suddenly break out in a lot of acne. This is mainly because the sex hormones in our body have changed. Their production becomes lower, which in turn stimulates the pituitary gland to release more gonadotropin, causing a sudden increase in androgens. For women at this stage, the appearance of acne is just a signal. The secret behind it is that the hormones in our bodies have changed. Therefore, it is very important to maintain our hormones comprehensively.
