Here I will briefly introduce the correct beauty and skin care steps to friends. In fact, there are many methods for beauty and skin care. Here are some simple and easy-to-learn methods, which are mainly divided into three steps: washing face, massaging, and applying toner.

Regardless of whether you wear makeup on a daily basis, the first step in beauty and skin care should be washing your face. Washing your face here is very particular. First wash your face with warm water, and then wash it again with cold water. The purpose of washing with warm water is to expand the pores and thoroughly cleanse the oil. What needs to be emphasized here is that the water temperature should not be too high. If the water temperature is too high, washing your face with cold water after washing will cause the skin to become loose and sagging.

Wash with warm water and then with cool water to shrink the open pores. After washing your face, you need to massage it. Use the index and middle fingers of both hands to draw circles in opposite directions on your face. The technique should be slow and use moderate force. Massage ten circles in each direction. Then, gently pat your face with your fingers. This can promote blood circulation in the face and increase the elasticity of the facial skin.

After the massage is completed, it is time to apply toner. Pour the toner onto a cotton pad and apply it evenly over the entire face, paying special attention to the area around the eyes and corners of the mouth, as these areas are most prone to dryness and wrinkles. When applying toner, be sure to wipe along the skin texture so that the skin can absorb it to the greatest extent, thereby achieving the best skin care effect.

Here I would like to remind everyone not to wash your face too frequently. Not only will it fail to achieve the skin care effect, it will also cause dry facial skin. While paying attention to external beauty and skin care, you should also ensure adequate sleep and healthy eating habits. Do not smoke or drink, otherwise it will cause accelerated skin aging. Do not eat too spicy and greasy food, and eat more vegetables and fruits.
