Oily skin secretes more sebum, which makes it appear greasy and shiny and is insensitive to external stimuli. The oil deposited on the surface of the skin is like a waterproof plastic film, which prevents the nutrients in skin care products from penetrating into the skin.

Improvement measures: When using highly nutritious skin care products for oily skin, the first thing to do is to thoroughly cleanse the skin and dredge the pores to keep them unobstructed. People with oily skin can choose a professional degreasing facial cleanser, or add a few drops of white vinegar to the face wash water to wash away the grease on the surface of the skin. On this basis, you can choose a deep cleansing mask and apply it 1-2 times a week to thoroughly clean the dirt in the pores and gradually restore the secretion of the sebaceous glands to normal.

2. When the skin does not need nutrition, it is not advisable to use high-nutrition skin care products

Skin care experts emphasize: The skin can only absorb the nutrients it lacks, and its absorption capacity is quite weak. Therefore, when purchasing skin care products, it is best to do a skin test first to find out the type of nutrients your skin lacks, and then make a purchase.

3. People with thick stratum corneum should not use high-nutrition skin care products

If you do not clean your skin thoroughly for a long time, or rarely take care of your skin, thick keratin will accumulate on your face. This layer of keratin sticks to the face like a closed barrier, preventing the nutrients in skin care products from penetrating deep into the skin.

Improvement measures: Women with thicker stratum corneum should use highly nutritious skin care products. First, clean your skin thoroughly, then use an oil-rich exfoliating product to soften the stratum corneum, and finally wash off the cuticle. Only by "removing" the mask of the stratum corneum can the skin be relieved of various burdens and allow nutrients to have zero-distance contact with epidermal cells. At this time, the skin can not only absorb moisture and various nutrients, but also promote blood circulation in the skin, thereby accelerating skin metabolism and improving skin quality.

4. Highly nutritious skin care products should not be used on sensitive skin

People with sensitive skin will experience a conflict between their skin quality and the nutrition when using high-nutrition skin care products. At this time, the more highly nutritious skin care products you use, the more sensitive your skin will become (manifested as the skin becoming very thin and unable to lock in moisture, and the more you hydrate the skin, the drier it becomes), and you will also experience discomfort symptoms such as itching and redness of the skin.

Skin cannot be without nutrition, but it is not good if the skin is over-nourished. We should not think that high-end skin care products are the best. Such skin care products may not be suitable for us. The most important thing when choosing skin care products is to understand our skin clearly.
