Causes of acne

Causes of acne

In fact, acne is sometimes not a sign that only occurs in adolescence. Many times, even if you are not young, you may still have the trouble of acne. In fact, there are many types of acne. For most people in life, no matter what type of acne it is, it can be said to be a fatal blow. Therefore, it is very important to remove and prevent acne.

To prevent and treat acne, you must first know what causes acne. Only in this way can you prevent and treat acne from the root. So what are the factors that cause acne in life?

Acne is commonly known as "pimples", also known as "facial pimples", "blackheads", "wine pimples", "dark pimples", etc. It is the most common chronic inflammatory skin disease of the hair follicles and sebaceous glands. It is caused by the blockage of sebaceous gland ducts and pores, resulting in poor outflow of sebum. Since puberty, almost everyone will have acne on the face or other parts of the body, but some people have fewer acne and they last for a short time, and they usually tend to heal naturally after the age of 25, so there is no need to take it seriously; some people have more acne, which manifest as papules, blackheads, pustules, abscesses, nodules, cysts, and even scars, which often affect their appearance. Some people seek medical treatment recklessly or treat themselves recklessly, which causes the condition to worsen, resulting in more scars and lifelong regret.

1. Comedonal acne: There are two types of acne at the beginning: whitehead acne and blackhead acne. Whiteheads, also known as closed comedones, are skin-colored papules with unclear openings and are not easy to squeeze out; blackheads, also known as open comedones, are located at the top of the hair follicle opening and can be squeezed out, and are called stearic plugs.

2. Papular acne: Acne inflammation can continue to develop, expand and deepen, and the manifestation of inflammatory papules and blackheads is called papular acne.

3. Pustular acne: Acne characterized by pustules and inflammatory papules is called pustular acne.

4. Cystic acne: It is characterized by sebaceous cysts of varying sizes containing sticky pus with blood. After rupture, sinus tracts and scars may form, which is called cystic acne.

5. Nodular acne: If pustular acne is missed or treated incorrectly, it can develop into nodules with thick walls and varying sizes, located under the skin or above the skin surface, light red or dark red in color, and hard in texture. This is called nodular acne, also known as sclerodermal acne.

6. Atrophic acne: Papule or pustular acne destroys the glands and forms pit-like atrophic scars, which is called atrophic acne.

7. Conglobate acne: Several acne nodules gather and fuse deep inside, with redness, swelling and purple color, which is called conglobate acne or conglobate acne.

8. Cachectic acne: Super severe acne, although extremely rare, is quite serious. The lesions are purple-red papules, pustules or nodules ranging in size from millet to soybeans, with few blackheads and comedones, and they do not heal for a long time. They are often complicated by anemia, tuberculosis or other systemic diseases.

What causes acne on the face

Forehead: It represents excessive heart fire and problems with blood circulation, which may be related to excessive mental and emotional stress. It also represents poor liver detoxification function, which means that toxins have accumulated in the body. Your temper is rather bad during this period, so you should get more sleep, drink more water, and reduce the intake of alcoholic beverages.

Brewing a pot of chrysanthemum tea can help clear away heat and detoxify, and is also helpful for respiratory diseases and respiratory sensitivities.

Nose bridge: There may be a problem with your spine, so see a doctor as soon as possible. In addition, excessive oil secretion and lack of water are also major factors. Drinking more water and absorbing more vitamins B2 and B6 can also improve the symptoms; or you can drop 2 drops of chamomile essential oil into a dish of hot water, steam your face for 3 minutes, wait for the water to cool down and then use it to wash your face, which will improve the trouble of excessive oil secretion in the nose.

Nose tip: If it grows on the nose tip, it means that the stomach is hot or the digestive system is abnormal. If they grow on both sides of the nose, it may be related to ovarian function or reproductive system, so see a doctor as soon as possible.

Nose wings: Due to poor metabolism, blackheads, dry lines and cracked skin will appear near the nose wings. Using more baby oil or adding one or two drops of chamomile essential oil for massage will have a good effect.

Cheeks: May be due to lung malfunction. Symptoms include frequent puffy cheeks and burst capillaries, which are caused by insufficient oxygen in the skin.

Lips: Peeling, acne, and ulcers on your lips indicate that you need to absorb more vitamin B2 or vitamin B complex.

Corners of mouth: Cracked corners of mouth may be related to iron deficiency. Eating apples or pork liver is a good choice.

Chin: Indicates impaired kidney function or endocrine system disorder. Girls may get acne around their chins due to irregular menstruation.

Chest and back: The number of sebaceous glands on the chest and back is second only to the face. Therefore, although some people are lucky enough not to have acne on their face, the acne on the chest and back makes them afraid to wear low-cut and backless clothes.

Temple: Indicates that the gallbladder is overburdened. This indicates that your diet contains too many processed foods, which causes gallbladder obstruction and requires a major body clean-up. Long-term advice: Drinking a cup of bitter melon juice every day is the quickest way, or eating other melons, such as cucumbers and winter melons, which can absorb oil well.

Acne on the cheeks: indicates poor lymphatic circulation. When the liver is burdened for a long time, acne will occur between the ears, neck and face, and repeatedly break out in the same location, which leads to poor lymphatic circulation.

Long-term advice: Promote liver and gallbladder detoxification. Avoid overworking, eat and drink enough, and increase your sleep time appropriately, so that the large amount of blood supplied to the brain and stomach has sufficient time to supply the liver and gallbladder for detoxification. In particular, you should reduce the habit of eating before going to bed so as not to increase the burden on your stomach and intestines.

Between the eyebrows: chest tightness, irregular heartbeat, palpitations. It is recommended not to do too strenuous exercise and avoid smoking, drinking and spicy food.

Don't wear a tight bra. Avoid sleeping on your side at night as this will put pressure on your heart.

Finally, I would like to remind you that during the transition from spring to summer, people are very likely to have acne problems. If you want to stay away from the trouble of acne, in addition to avoiding irritating foods on a daily basis, you must also do a good job of cleaning your face. This will reduce the occurrence of acne from the root and be more beneficial to your health.
