How to make your skin smooth and white

Therefore, the choice of diet should be adjusted according to needs.

(3) Rest and sleep also have a great impact on skin color. It is a well-known fact that long-term lack of sleep will cause dark circles under the eyes. Poor rest and insufficient sleep not only affect your health, but also slow down blood flow to the skin, cause blood vessel constriction, cause blood stasis into spots, and turn the skin gray and black. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to proper rest and sufficient sleep.

(4) Emotions have a huge impact on the human body. They make the body more energetic, greatly enhance the body's immune function, and provide a strong resistance to various adverse factors.
