3. One week before the operation, please stop using skin care products containing retinoids (such as tretinoin, Differin (adapaline, propylene glycol and EDTA gel), or care products containing fruit acid, and resume use 2 weeks after the operation.

What should I pay attention to after fractional laser treatment? Things to pay attention to after fractional laser treatment are:

1. After fractional laser treatment, pay attention to sun protection, avoid spicy food, alcoholic beverages, strenuous exercise, etc. Keep the treated area clean to avoid infection and friction. Fractional laser should avoid causing skin redness, heat and irritation. The temporary darkening phenomenon after laser spot removal will usually disappear quickly.

2. After fractional laser treatment, there will be a slight burning sensation and redness of the skin at the treated area, which is a normal reaction. If necessary, apply local cold compress for 20-30 minutes to relieve or eliminate the redness and heat.

3. There will be scabbing after fractional laser treatment. The dermis in the treated area will fall off by itself in 7-10 days. Do not peel it off with your hands, otherwise the pigmentation will be serious and scars will be left easily. After the scab falls off, there may be temporary local pigmentation. To prevent or reduce this situation, sunscreen and freckle removal products can be used appropriately.
