What are the facial skin problems?

A person's appearance actually has a great impact on all aspects, especially the younger generation's emphasis on appearance. However, no one's skin is naturally beautiful and perfect, and there will always be various problems with facial skin. The most common facial skin problems are probably acne, blackheads, blackheads, etc. Most facial skin problems are caused by incomplete cleaning of pores or hair follicles.

(1)Acne. Commonly known as acne or blackheads, it is common in young people during puberty. There are many causes of the disease, including endocrine, infection, diet, and food factors that cause inflammation of the hair follicles and sebaceous glands. Especially during adolescence, due to the increase in the level of sex hormones, especially androgen, the secretion of sebaceous glands increases, blocking the hair follicles and forming acne. Bacteria that parasitize on the surface of the skin will cause local inflammatory reactions and the appearance of papules and pustules, which are mostly found on the face, forehead, chest, back and other parts of the body. After the papules or pustules rupture or are absorbed, a little pigmentation spot or a small concave scar may be left behind. In severe cases, nodules or cysts may appear, forming larger scars that affect the appearance.

(2) Rosacea. Commonly known as the red nose, it is more common in young and middle-aged people. It is prone to occur on the face, especially the tip of the nose, and can also extend to the cheeks, forehead and jaw. The skin is flushed with dilated capillaries and papules or pustules. If the disease lasts for a long time, in severe cases, the tip of the nose may become enlarged and form rhinoplasty.

(3) Freckles. There are many brown or dark brown spots on the face, ranging in size from a needle tip to a lentil. They are more obvious after sun exposure and can be alleviated in winter. In severe cases, the number of lesions is large and may affect the neck, back of hands and extensor side of limbs. There is often a family genetic tendency.

(4) Chloasma. Also known as liver spots, they are commonly seen on the cheeks and nose in a butterfly shape and are light brown or dark brown spots. It often occurs in summer and may be aggravated by sun exposure.

(5) Black mole. Almost everyone has it, but the number and location are different. Most of them occur in children or adolescence and are brown or black papules with smooth surface or slightly above the skin surface, which may be hairy or hairless in some areas.

(6) Hemangioma. It often appears shortly after birth and expands with age. There are four types of hemangioma: simple hemangioma, cavernous hemangioma, port-wine stain and mixed hemangioma.

(7 Flat warts are caused by viruses. They are more common in young people, so they are also called juvenile flat warts. In addition to being common on the face, they can also occur on other parts of the body such as the back of the hands and feet, and the neck. They are flat papules of normal skin color or light brown in size from rice grains to lentils.

(8) Milia. It is more common on the face, especially the eyelids and cheeks. It is white or yellow, round, and as big as a needle tip or a hat tip. Often symmetrically distributed. After puncture, a gel-like substance can be squeezed out.

(9) Senile warts. Also known as seborrheic keratosis, it often appears on the face, scalp, trunk and other parts of the body, appearing as light yellow-brown flat or slightly raised maculopapules with thin oily scales on the surface. It is more common in middle-aged and elderly people around 40-60 years old.

(10) Vitiligo. It often occurs on the head and face, with local skin turning white and clear boundaries. In some people, it may spread all over the body. The hair inside the white patches also turns white.
