Dry and rough palms with dry lines

Dry and rough palms with dry lines

In life, you will find that many people are very beautiful, with good figures and delicate skin. However, when you stretch out your hands, you find that they are rough, including the palm lines, which feel dry. Everyone wants their hands to be white, tender and smooth, so when this happens, you need to take good care of your hands, including daily cleaning, applying hand cream, wearing gloves, etc.

1. Soften cuticles

Add a proper amount of olive oil to warm water, immerse your hands in it and keep it for 15 minutes. This can improve dry and rough skin and soften the cuticle. Then you can evenly apply a special nourishing cream and massage thoroughly to soften the cuticle more fully.

2. Deep Cleansing

Massage your hands and apply an appropriate amount of body scrub evenly on both hands. Then gently massage the entire palm and wrist, especially the area around the nails where calluses and hangnails are prone to form. You can take this opportunity to trim your nails to prevent them from breaking.

3. Don’t use alkaline soap

If you use this kind of soap to absorb, it will directly damage the skin of your hands, aggravate the roughness of your hands, and is not conducive to hand care. Therefore, it is recommended that you stop using highly alkaline soap to wash your hands.

4. Hand cream

Hand cream should be carried with you and reapplied promptly after each hand wash. Another point to pay special attention to is that you must dry your hands in time after washing them. Do not use the spin drying method or let them dry naturally, otherwise the moisture will easily cause the skin on your hands to crack.

5. Hand hygiene

Every night before going to bed, pour a basin of warm water, add an appropriate amount of olive oil, and rub your hands repeatedly for 15 minutes. This can soften the cuticle of your hands and initially improve the roughness of the skin. If you don’t have olive oil, you can use white vinegar instead.

6. Exfoliate your hands

Take brown sugar and honey in a 1:1 ratio, mix them in appropriate amounts, then pour them into your palms and apply them evenly. Cross your fingers and massage the backs of your hands to remove dead skin, then wash off with warm water.

7. Supplement animal collagen

Eat more pig's trotters, chicken feet, and meat slices to replenish the collagen in your skin and make your skin more moisturized through food supplements.
