Exfoliating facial cleanser

Exfoliating facial cleanser

Because the various environments we are exposed to every day have become less than ideal, people still have many bad eating habits in their lives. The pressure of life and work is also very high, which often makes people's emotions unstable. Often these situations accumulate together and lead to abnormal metabolism in the body. It will also cause a lot of dead skin to appear on the skin surface, which of course will cause the skin to become bad.

Step 1. First cleanse the entire face with a facial cleanser. Use a facial cleanser containing salicylic acid to cleanse the T-zone and forehead, and cleanse in circles from bottom to top. For the sides of the nose in the T-zone, rub in circles from the bottom of the nose to the tip of the nose. For the cheeks, use a large circle from bottom to top. Avoid the eye area. Remember not to use too much force to avoid damaging the skin.

Step 2: Start from the tip of the nose which is most prone to oiliness and gently rub the exfoliator evenly on your fingertips. The temperature of your fingers can make it easier for the exfoliator to dissolve the keratin plugs on the tip of the nose. Massage the sides of the nose in a circular motion. Use the fingertips of both hands to massage the bridge of the nose alternately up and down for 2-3 minutes. The operation time should not be too long.

Step 3. Next is the chin, which is prone to dead skin cell accumulation. The lymph nodes on both sides of the chin need to be massaged in circles frequently with exfoliating products. The chin is a disaster area for dead skin cell accumulation, but be careful not to touch the area around the lips. In addition, use the joints of your fingers to press the two bones next to the cheeks. It will not only remove dullness but also create a small V-face for you!

Step 4. The forehead is also a severely affected area and needs to be cleaned carefully. Improper cleaning can easily cause clogged pores and acne on the forehead. Start from the forehead and work your way outwards, using the pads of your middle and ring fingers to massage in an outward spiral motion. Massage in circles like this three times.

Step 5. Finally, the cheeks are the most sensitive and easily injured. The cheeks are prone to allergies, so when exfoliating, just brush gently. Be careful to avoid exfoliating too hard and using exfoliating creams with rougher scrub particles.

Step 6. After exfoliating your entire face, wipe off excess exfoliating cream with a cotton pad. Finally, use astringent toner to evenly pat your cheeks, and then apply lotion to your skin.
