How to apply lipstick

1. Lip pencil with lipstick

Step 1: Apply lipstick for a while before applying lipstick to moisturize your lips to prevent them from becoming too dry and flaky.

Step 2: Apply lip primer. You can use lip primer for base application. If you don’t have any, you can squeeze a small amount of liquid foundation, dip a cotton pad in it, and apply it evenly on the lips to cover blemishes.

Step 3: Draw a straight line vertically in the center of the lips, evenly dividing the left and right sides.

Step 4: Extend from the top to the left and right sides in a Y shape, and stop at the lip peak you want to draw.

Step 5: After outlining the lower lip line and the lines on both sides of the lips, connect the lines together and draw the inner lines evenly.

Step 6: Use a lip brush to outline the inner contour of the lips along the outer lip line.

Step 7: Dip a lip brush in lipstick and apply it to the entire lips starting from the upper and lower lip peaks.

Step 2: Use a lip brush to apply a darker lipstick on both sides of the lip bead, starting from about half of the upper lip and extending to the center of the bottom of the upper lip. Here I used the aunt color.

Step 3: Use a lip brush to dip into the aunt-colored lipstick and extend from the top of the painted line to the left and right corners of the mouth to fill it in.

Step 4: Choose a lighter pink lipstick and use a lip brush to fill in the lips that are not covered with aunt-colored lipstick.

Step 5: Use a lip brush to blend the boundary line between the dark and light parts of the upper lip to create a gradient effect.

3. Ordinary thick coating

The most common way to apply lipstick.

Step 1: Most lipsticks are in the shape of a teardrop. We will point the tip of the lipstick upwards and simply draw two strokes in the center of the lips to create a V-shape for positioning.

Step 2: With the tip pointing downward, start from the corner of the mouth and blend in the opposite direction to outline the edge of the upper lip.

Step 3: Outline the edge of the lower lip.

Step 4: Apply repeatedly until even and saturated.
