How to make Tremella mask

How to make Tremella mask

Everyone must be very familiar with the ingredient Tremella fuciformis, especially some women, who often cook a bowl of Tremella fuciformis soup to drink, which is not only nutritious but also has a beauty-enhancing effect. Tremella is mild in nature and has the effects of invigorating qi, clearing the intestines, nourishing yin and moistening the lungs. Tremella has always been known as the king of fungi. Regularly using Tremella fuciformis to make facial masks can make the skin firm, smooth and elastic. Now let’s talk about how to make Tremella fuciformis facial masks.

Material:

Tremella

Production process:

1. First, soak the white fungus in warm water for more than 4 hours. The longer the soaking time, the easier it is to cook. Therefore, you can soak it one day in advance and cook it the next day. Put it in a soup pot and add enough water, turn on the heat and cook for an hour until the white fungus is cooked and the soup becomes thick. If you want to save time, you can use a pressure cooker. After cooking, turn off the heat and let it cool. Put the clear liquid on the top into the mask bowl and put in the mask paper to soak it.

2. Wash your face thoroughly with facial cleanser, apply the mask paper, lie down and enjoy it for 20 minutes. If you feel that the mask is dry in the middle, you can add some juice to avoid it from being too dry and absorbing skin moisture, which will not be worth the loss. After 20 minutes, wash it off with clean water, apply toner and moisturizer. You will obviously feel that your skin has become much smoother. As long as you keep using it, the effect will definitely be great.

Note:

1. It is best not to make too much Tremella mask at one time, because homemade masks do not have preservatives and have a short shelf life. Therefore, only make enough for one week at most and store it in a sealed glass bottle.

2. Do not apply the mask for more than half an hour. If you apply it for too long, the mask paper will absorb moisture from the skin and the effect will be greatly reduced.

3. When making Tremella soup, you can scoop out a little to make a facial mask and drink the rest. In this way, a pot of Tremella soup can be used for facial mask and can also be drunk, taking both the appearance and the substance into consideration.

4. Tremella mask moisturizes, replenishes collagen, and fights wrinkles and aging. It can be used all year round. In summer, you can put it in the refrigerator before use. It also has a soothing effect on sun-damaged skin.
