How often is it best to exfoliate? The best time to exfoliate

We all know that the stratum corneum will age slowly, so we need to exfoliate regularly to remove aging cells and rough cuticles and rebuild a new stratum corneum. However, we cannot exfoliate every day. We recommend exfoliating once or twice a week.

1. Normal to dry skin: once every two weeks, depending on skin condition. For areas with rough cuticles and high oil content, use beauty exfoliating cream to gently exfoliate; for areas with thinner, more sensitive and fragile skin, frequent exfoliation is not suitable.

2. Normal to oily skin: Use a beauty cuticle cream that can remove aging cuticles, melanin and acne from the epidermis. Apply the cuticle cream to areas where the cuticles are thicker, and wipe it dry after about one to two minutes. It can deeply cleanse, soften the cuticles, and help with nutrient reabsorption. Remember that your skin will be drier after exfoliation, so apply a moisturizer that can balance the skin's pH value before applying a facial mask.

3. Acne, pimples, and acne-prone skin: Apply an exfoliating lotion rich in seaweed on the skin, leave it on for two to three minutes, and then the dead keratin cells on the epidermis will be removed. Use once or twice a week depending on skin condition.

4. Skin with dark spots and freckles: Apply a small amount of degreasing milk rich in vitamin C and seaweed ingredients to the thicker areas, leave it on for one to two minutes, and then gently rub off the rough cuticles. Afterwards, apply a moisturizer that can balance the skin's pH value, once every one to two weeks depending on the nature of your skin. 5. Skin with large pores: Apply an exfoliating lotion made from deep-sea plants on the face, leave it on the rougher areas for about one to two minutes, then gently rub off the rough cuticles. The local area needs to be moisturized more to prevent melanin from gathering. Can be done twice a week. You can also use an exfoliating lotion containing seaweed ingredients, which is suitable for people with normal to dry skin to remove imperfect cuticles on the epidermis. For your delicate facial skin, you must not be careless in choosing exfoliating products. Only by using the exfoliating products that suit you can you have brighter skin after exfoliation!
