Hook the index fingers of both hands, then use the thumbs as fixed points and use the inside of the index finger joints to slide and massage from the center of the face to both sides. Put your four fingers together and spread your thumbs apart. Place your thumb on your cheekbone and the other four fingers on your temples. Use four fingers as a fulcrum, and push and press the thumb along the cheekbone from the chin to the ear. Repeat 5 times.

Forehead massage with fingertips

Open your five fingers, bend them slightly, place your hands on your brow bones, and then use your fingertips to gently massage your hairline. Repeat 5 times.

Circle around the throat

Put your index finger, middle finger and ring finger together, and use the pads of your fingers to gently make circular motions above the clavicle on the side of the throat until it reaches just below the chin. Do this 5 times on each side.

Sternocleidomastoid clavicle massage

Use the pads of your index, middle and ring fingers to gently massage the sternocleidomastoid muscle (the muscle that appears on the neck when the head turns to one side) below the ear from side to side. Repeat each point 5 times, then repeat the same action on the other side.

Lymphatic drainage of neck

Use the tip of your ring finger to massage the lymph glands from below the ear to the clavicle, repeat 5 times on each side.
