How to remove mildew spots on clothes effectively

We will find that clothes that have been kept in the closet for a long time in the hot summer will have many mold spots due to the change of seasons or humid weather, especially black and yellow mold spots on white clothes. Even if you rub them repeatedly by hand, the mold spots are not removed, but instead leave large stains and wrinkles on the clothes. So what is the best way to remove mold spots on clothes?

Easily remove mildew spots on clothes

Due to the hot and humid weather, or when the seasons change, washed clothes are prone to mold spots, especially white clothes. Once mold spots grow, it is very depressing.

It doesn't matter, there are many ways to deal with these mold spots:

Mung bean sprouts; put the tender mung bean sprouts on the mold spots and rub them vigorously with both hands. Is it cleaner? Put some more mung bean sprouts and rub them. Hum, the color is much lighter. Rub them again. Hard work pays off. The mold spots are gone. Finally, rinse with clean water. Haha, it's that simple. The problem is solved.

Mildew stains on clothing can be exposed to sunlight first, then cleaned with a brush, and then washed with alcohol;

Soak the clothes contaminated by mildew in strong soapy water, take them out with the soapy water, and dry them in the sun for a while. Repeat the soaking and drying process several times. After the mildew stains are removed, rinse them with clean water.

Silk clothing can be washed with citric acid and then rinsed in cold water;

Mildew stains on linen fabrics can be cleaned with calcium chloride solution;

Stains on wool fabrics can also be cleaned with a mustard solution or a borax solution (add two tablespoons of mustard or two tablespoons of borax to a bucket of water);

Wipe with a 2% soap alcohol solution (add a handful of soft soap flakes to 250 grams of alcohol and stir evenly), then wipe with 3-5% sodium hypochlorite bleach or hydrogen peroxide, and finally wash. This method is only applicable to white clothes, and old stains can be soaked in the solution for 1 hour.

Faced with the problem of being unable to remove mold spots on clothes, people are worried. If we want to remove some stains on clothes, we also need to remove them according to the fabric of the clothes. For example, some clothes are knitted, and it is even more difficult to remove mold spots on such clothes. They need to be soaked. Silk clothes can be washed with citric acid, but be sure to use cold water.
