How to care for acne-prone skin

The oily skin we often talk about is actually caused by excessive oil secretion of our skin. This will make our face always look greasy, which greatly affects our image. It will also easily cause clogging of pores and cause acne. Acne on the face is very ugly, so it must be treated in time. So how do you care for skin that is prone to acne?

Oily skin and combination skin have particularly strong sebum secretion in the T-zone area. Excess sebum accumulates in the hair follicles, expanding the pores. As we age, the pores appear larger and larger. The basal layer of the epidermis of the skin continuously produces cells and transports them to the epidermis, where they form an outer layer of aged keratin after the cells age. Long-term incorrect skin cleansing methods will make its metabolism unsmooth, and it will not be able to shed as expected, causing the pores to enlarge. As we age, blood circulation becomes obstructed and the subcutaneous fat in the skin tends to become loose and lack elasticity. Without proper care and maintenance, the skin becomes dull and oily, oil secretion becomes excessive, causing oil blockage, the skin cannot breathe normally, nutrient absorption rate decreases, and the skin becomes susceptible to infection by bacteria and mites, leading to various skin inflammations, blackheads, pimples, and acne.

Note: Clean your skin carefully and make sure to hydrate your skin. At the same time, you should supplement with appropriate fats, which are of course anti-inflammatory. Using a facial mask every day can not only deeply cleanse the skin, but also further replenish the various nutrients needed by the skin in a short period of time and enhance the skin's resistance. This is what the above cannot do.

The above is an introduction on how to care for acne-prone skin. Facial cleansing must be done properly. Friends with oily skin can use some facial cleansers with richer foam when choosing facial cleansers. It is best to use warm water when washing the face for oily skin, which can better remove facial oils.
