1. Increase the intake of various vitamins

Foods rich in vitamin B2 such as yeast, fish, eggs, beans, eels, river crabs, etc. In addition, vitamin E has the effect of resisting cell membrane oxidation, and thus has an anti-aging effect on the skin. Foods rich in vitamin E include: sesame oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, cabbage, etc.

2. Eat foods rich in collagen and elastin

Collagen can make cells plump, thereby making the skin plump and reducing wrinkles. Therefore, you can eat some tendons, pig skin, chicken skin and other foods on a daily basis.

3. Increase the intake of trace elements

To have delicate, fair and rosy skin, you need to supply sufficient blood. Iron is one of the main components of hemoglobin in the blood, so you should eat more iron-rich foods, such as animal blood, egg yolks, meat, etc. However, the natural iron in food is a high-valent iron with very low solubility and cannot be directly absorbed. It can only be absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract in an acidic environment. Therefore, while supplementing iron, you should also increase the intake of foods rich in vitamin C, such as tomatoes, green peppers, and hawthorn. When zinc is deficient, the skin will become dry and rough, and prone to acne. Foods rich in zinc include oysters, malt, walnuts, melon seeds, etc. In addition, pearls contain a variety of trace elements, amino acids and proteins, which can improve the nutritional status of the skin, increase the vitality of epidermal cells, thereby making the skin soft and white, and slowing down skin aging and wrinkles.
