When washing my hair with white vinegar, I first fill half a basin with clean water, then pour about one and a half drink caps worth of white vinegar into it, wet my hair with a shower head, then wet a towel in the diluted white vinegar water and pour it on my hair (you can also scoop it out with a cup to avoid dirtying the water, as you will need it later, to save water), and then I can proceed with the normal hair washing process. After washing your hair, put it in the vinegar water and soak it for a while (I usually soak it for about 2 minutes), then dry your hair. There is no need to rinse it with clean water. I don’t use conditioner either. If you feel there is a smell, rinse it with water. Basically, you will see the effect after using it 4-5 times. Your hair will become noticeably smoother and less rough.

Can you use vinegar to wash your face? 1. Skin rejuvenation: Wash your face and hands with soap first, then wash your face and hands with warm water with vinegar (until the water does not change color), and wash with clean water after 5 minutes. Long-term use can make the skin smooth and tender.

2. Remove wrinkles: After washing your face every night, mix 1 part vinegar with 3 parts water, apply the vinegar mixture to the wrinkles on your face with a cotton ball, and gently massage with your fingertips for a few minutes before washing it off. This method can remove fine wrinkles.

3. Remove blackheads: If you don't have many blackheads, you can mix 5 parts of vinegar with 2 parts of glycerin and apply it to the affected area of ​​the skin. After a period of time, the blackheads will gradually fade and disappear, and the skin will appear smooth.
