How do crow's feet appear?

Some women may develop crow's feet when they reach a certain age. After having crow's feet, many women think about how to get rid of them first. However, no one really understands why crow's feet occur. This may not allow you to remove them fundamentally, because these features on the face are caused by your body, so it is very necessary to understand the cause first.

Crow's feet are one of the manifestations of human aging. The wrinkles that appear between the corners of the eyes and the temples are very similar to the lines on a fish's tail, so they are figuratively called crow's feet.

The formation of crow's feet is due to decreased neuroendocrine function, decreased protein synthesis rate, decreased or lost activity of fibroblasts in the dermis, reduced and broken collagen fibers, which lead to decreased skin elasticity and increased wrinkles around the eyes. Sun exposure, dryness, coldness, high water temperature for washing face, rich facial expressions, smoking, etc. lead to decreased elasticity of fibrous tissue and increased wrinkles around the eyes.

Removal method:

(1) Chicken bone to remove crow's feet

The vast majority of the skin's dermis is composed of elastic fibers. Without it, the skin loses its elasticity and crow's feet gather. However, chicken skin and chicken cartilage contain a large amount of chondroitin sulfate, which is the most important component of elastic fiber. If you wash the leftover chicken bones and put them together with chicken skin to make soup, drinking it regularly will make your skin delicate. Over time, the crow's feet will gradually decrease.

(4) Rice balls to remove crow’s feet

When the rice is cooked, pick up some soft and warm rice, knead it into a ball, put it on your face and rub it gently until the rice ball becomes greasy and black, then rinse your face with clean water. Rice can absorb the oil and dirt in the skin pores, allowing the skin to breathe freely and thus reducing crow's feet.
