Wash the pig's stomach, cut it into small pieces, add 1000 ml of water together with Atractylodes macrocephala and ginger, boil and extract about 600 ml of juice, then add rice and cook into porridge, take twice a day in the morning and evening.

2. Cardamom buns:

15 grams of white cardamom, 1000 grams of flour, 50 grams of yeast. Grind white cardamom into fine powder, and add it to the flour after it has fermented to make steamed buns.

3. Shenqu porridge:

10-15 grams of Shenqu and 30-60 grams of polished rice. First, crush the Shenqu, add 2000 ml of water, extract 1000 ml of juice, then add rice and cook into porridge, take it warm twice a day, morning and evening.

4. Polygonatum odoratum porridge:

30-60 grams of fresh Polygonatum odoratum, 60 grams of polished rice, and a little rock sugar. First wash the fresh Polygonatum odoratum, remove the roots and chop them into pieces, add 1000 ml of water, boil and extract about 500 ml of concentrated juice, then add rice and cook into thin porridge, add a little rock sugar, and take it in 3 to 4 times a day.

5. Pepper cake:

6 grams of Sichuan pepper, 60 grams of white flour, and scallion stems. Remove the closed ends of the Sichuan peppercorns, remove the pepper eyes, roast and grind them into powder, mix them with flour, add water and knead them into small cakes. Bring the water to a boil, add the pepper cakes, and after they are cooked, add the scallions and season with MSG, sesame oil, and salt. Eat noodles and drink soup.
