Ingredients: 10g red dates; 15g red beans; 10g ganoderma; 10g dried longan


Ingredients: 3 bowls of water; appropriate amount of brown sugar


Production steps:


1. Peel the longan, soak the red beans in water for 1 hour, and wash the red dates and ganoderma lucidum.


2. Put proper amount of water in the pot, add red beans, red dates, Ganoderma lucidum and dried longan (brown sugar is warm and moisturizing, if you don’t like it, you can use white sugar. A little bit is enough, red dates and longan themselves contain sugar).


3. Wait for an hour, pay attention to the heat, and simmer until the red beans are cooked. Add brown sugar and simmer for a while on low heat.

Ingredients: 0.5 cup of barley rice; 0.3 lemon; some grapefruit peel; 8 kumquats


Ingredients: 4 cups water


Production steps:


1. Wash and soak the coix seeds for 2 hours or overnight.


2. Wash all kinds of fresh peels and cut them into strips or break them into small pieces.


3. First, boil the coix seeds and water for 40 minutes, then add the peels and cook for at least 1 hour or until the coix seeds swell and bloom.


3. Beauty Pumpkin Porridge:


Ingredients: 250g pumpkin; 30g coix seed; 50g red dates; 50g red beans; 15g wolfberry


Ingredients: brown sugar; water


Production steps:


1. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces


2. Jujubes and red beans. Wash coix seeds and wolfberries and soak them for half an hour.


3. Mix all the ingredients together, add appropriate amount of water and put it into the electric pressure cooker.


4. Press the porridge cooking button on the electric pressure cooker.


5. After it’s done, add appropriate amount of brown sugar according to your personal taste.
