Simple and effective whitening method, learn it

I dreamed of having skin as soft and white as a baby's, but things did not go as I wished. My skin seems to be naturally dark due to poor gastrointestinal function. I have seen a Chinese doctor before, but he only treated the acne and acne marks on my face. My skin is still very dark now, and I really want to know what method can be used to whiten my skin.



Whitening method:

3. Mix water and honey and add pearl powder. After using it for a few times, your face will be white and tender!


4. Drinking a glass of tomato juice or eating tomatoes regularly every day can help prevent freckles. Tomatoes are rich in glutathione, which can inhibit melanin, thereby reducing or eliminating pigmentation.


5. When washing your face, add 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar to the water to reduce pigmentation.


6. Chop the fresh radish and squeeze out the juice, take 10-30 ml, apply it on your face after washing it in the morning and evening, wait until it dries, then wash it off. In addition, drinking a cup of carrot juice every day can whiten your skin.


7. Cut the apple into thin slices and apply it on your face for 15 minutes before washing it off. The effect will be immediate.


8. Mix honey, spirulina, egg white (add some pearl powder if possible) into a paste and apply it evenly on the face. Wash it off after 30 minutes. The effect is also very good.


9. Cut a cucumber into thin slices and place it on your face for a few minutes before going to bed. It will take effect in one month.


The above methods are the results of my online searches. I haven’t tried some of them yet, so I don’t know if they will be effective. When following these methods for facial care, please be careful as some things may cause allergies. I am allergic to honey and aloe vera, so please use it with caution!
