After acne is squeezed out, it turns into melanin

The formation of acne is related to clogged pores, but more importantly, it is caused by irregular diet or eating too much fried food. Therefore, when you have acne, it is best to eat light food and do not let the skin secrete more oil to aggravate the acne. People with pimples will squeeze them out, but what if the pimples turn into melanin after being squeezed? If it does not reach the dermis, the melanin will disappear within a period of time.

Acne scars are formed due to infection, inflammation or external force. This is often because acne is not treated promptly and appropriately when it occurs. The inflammatory response of skin cells destroys the skin tissue and causes scars. Since there are many different types of acne, there are also many forms of acne scars.

The more severe the inflammatory response during an acne attack, the more severe the skin tissue is damaged, and the more severe the acne scars that may be left in the future will be. If the acne scars do not damage the dermis, they can be completely removed. However, if the dermis is damaged, the acne scars cannot be completely removed and can only be improved to a limited extent.

To avoid acne marks, you can pick pimples, but never squeeze them. Some pimples will be painful and then form pustules. Do not squeeze or pick these pimples. Just apply some topical medication and they will fall off by themselves after a few days. But the other type of acne is like a small bag, which is not painful, will not fester, and cannot be removed by medication, especially when it grows larger and feels deep. In this case, you should see a doctor or beautician to remove it.

If the acne scars are red or black, they will gradually fade away within 4 to 6 months. However, due to different personal physical conditions, some people may need a longer time, and it may take a year or even two years for the symptoms to disappear. However, if the acne scar problem has reached the dermis of the skin and the subcutaneous tissue below, it is not so easy to improve this type of acne scar problem.

The first thing you need to pay attention to after treatment is sun protection. A lot of ultraviolet exposure can cause pigmentation on your skin during the recovery period, making acne scars darker and lasting longer, so it is not advisable to engage in long-term outdoor activities. In addition, applying a facial mask can also help with the recovery of acne scars. On the one hand, the mask can increase the surface temperature of the skin when applied, creating a self-circulation effect on the face, helping to even out skin tone. At the same time, the repair nutrients contained in the mask can be better absorbed by the underlying skin. On the other hand, frequently applying a facial mask can help accelerate skin metabolism and help the skin repair itself. But please note that applying a facial mask is based on the premise that you are completely acne-free.

Black acne marks

Black acne marks are caused by pigmentation after acne becomes inflamed, leaving dark and dirty colors in the places where red acne has appeared, making the skin dull. These black colors will actually disappear slowly over time. This is a temporary false scar and not a real scar.

Treatments for black acne marks:

A. Use L-C essence and ultrasonic introduction to promote skin collagen production, which can speed up the fading of black acne marks.

B. After treatment, you can use external whitening skin care products (daily use) and fruit acid skin care products (night use) to enhance the therapeutic effect. On the one hand, it inhibits the production of melanin, and on the other hand, it promotes skin metabolism and accelerates the elimination of melanin. However, whitening skin care products and fruit acid skin care products are more effective in reducing melanin deposition, but are relatively less effective in fading red acne scars.
