Technique

1. Oiling, divided into three steps.

2. Use the thumbs of both hands to press the bladder tendon, small bag skateboard tendon, press the middle of the shoulder, slide to the shoulder, and then to the arm. (Press the bladder muscle to the waist with your thumbs, and press the waist with your palms)

3. Press the bladder tendon with the back of your hand, swing it to Fengchi, slide the big board tendon, and release it to the arm.

4. Move the thumb in an S-step, stroke the bladder tendon, wrap it to the Fengchi, slide the big board tendon, and spread it to the arm.

5. Place your palms flat and use four fingers to stroke the bladder tendons, wrap around the Fengchi, stroke the big plate tendons, and stroke the shoulder blade tendons.

6. Place your hand horizontally, use four fingers to stroke the bladder tendon, wrap it to Fengchi, stroke the big board tendon, and spread it to the arm.

7. Pinch the neck with one hand to the Fengchi point, pinch the big tendons with both hands, and make the "eight-character" movement.

8. Press the waist with the palm of your hand, draw the bladder muscle from the bottom to the top of the waist, draw to the buttocks, make fists with both hands, press the waist with the back of your hands, and then pop out.

9. Cross your hands, press the bladder tendons with the base of your palms to your waist, wrap your waist, and bounce up.

10. Rub your hands together to warm them up, and wrap them around your waist until your navel bounces up.

11. Rub the back with both palms flat, pull the bladder tendon with one hand to the big tendon, rub the big tendon with both hands, overlap the thumbs of both hands and pull the bladder tendon down to the waist, pull the bladder tendon with both hands to the big tendon, and extend to the other arm. (Repeat on other side)

12. Put your hands on the back, stroke the big plate tendons with both hands, overlap the thumbs and press the big plate tendons, press the shoulder point, slide the shoulder blade tendons with both hands from bottom to top, put your hands in front of the head, slide the hands from the waist to the fingers, pull and rub the arms, and push the waist from top to bottom.

13. Use the thumbs of both hands to stroke the bladder tendons, and then massage the waist. Wrap around Fengchi, slide the big tendon, and spread it to the arms.

14. Make fists with both hands and draw the bladder tendons to the waist to warm them up, wrap them around Fengchi, and then move them to the arms.
